Do I meet the entry requirements for my programme?
When you apply to study, entry requirements for your programme will be indicated. In some cases, you may not be sure how your previous studies match up with what is required, or how they’ll be evaluated.
Your previous studies will be officially evaluated after you’ve applied, and a preliminary evaluation of your qualifications isn’t possible. To gain a general understanding of how your previous studies match up with the requirements, a good first step is to check Universityadmissions.se’s country-specific information:
Country-specific information for bachelor’s applicants
Country-specific information for master’s applicants
If you’re still not sure about what applies, you can contact the programme coordinator for your programme to find out more. However, bear in mind that your credentials will not be officially evaluated until after you have applied.
Official evaluation of foreign diplomas and degrees
After you submit your application and supporting documentation, the university you’ve applied to will assess your eligibility for the relevant programmes or courses. Your grades will be translated into the Faroese grading scale using set formulas.
